      To achieve this we will:

      - Understand our customer’s objectives.

      - Supply only quality products.

      - Provide quality and economical solutions.

      - Maintain continual improvement processes.

      - Create an environment where our people are challenged, motivated and satisfied.

      - Conduct business ethically, honestly and with diligence at all times

  • Safety Policy
    • NLS Fluid Solutions aims to provide all employees, contractors and customers within our organisation with a safe and healthy working environment, both in our workshop and on site.

Our company promotes safe work practices in all aspects of our operations, and work to our own internal safety procedures and standards. We recognise the importance of health and safety matters in the work place, and give them the highest priority in all levels of operations.

Responsibility falls to each member of our team; all employees and contractors for National Lubrication Systems are accountable for their own actions, which may affect the health and safety of themselves and others.

  • Drug & Alcohol Policy
    • NLS Fluid Solutions aims to provide a safe working environment for all employees and contractors working both in our workshop and on site.

We recognise that the improper use of Drugs and Alcohol in the workplace can lead to the deterioration of an individual’s work performance, as well as being a hazard to themselves and their workmates.

Use of these substances will not be tolerated while employed by our Company.

The aim of our Drug and Alcohol Policy is to eliminate workplace hazards associated with the use of these substances, and to ensure that our company meets its Legal obligation under Common Law and Duty of Care.

  • Environmental Policy
    • NLS Fluid Solutions ensures that our employees work in a responsible manner, which respects the environment in all aspects of our operations.

We will not compromise environmental safety for profit or production.

The highest effort is taken to ensure all waste materials are disposed of effectively, and vehicles and equipment are regularly maintained.

Our planning, procedure and actions will ensure we work responsibly to create a work environment, which minimises our impact on the environment

  • Quality Policy Statement
    • NLS Fluid Solutions is involved in the distribution, installation and repair of Lubrication/Hydraulic Systems and Associated Industrial Products for a broad Industrial, Commercial and Agriculture customer base.

To meet customer expectations we must continually improve our quality of service.  We are constantly monitoring our performance for improvement to meet our customer requirements.  The prime responsibility for the achievement of the necessary level of quality resides with the Managers who control the resources of the Company.

Our management willingly provides the resources and training for all our people and we hold them responsible for the control and implementation of our policies.

There is an obligation on every member of the Company’s staff to undertake the training required so they can maintain and employ their skills and diligence to ensure that the required quality standards are met and maintained.

The Quality Manual is designed to ensure that we clearly understand our customer requirements.

These guidelines are a minimum quality standard to be maintained by us all.
